We offer a safe environment for the youth to partake in sports and fitness activities on a weekly basis. This program allows our team to develop trusting relationships with our participants. As coaches and mentors, we understand that change occurs through a process of impressions and habits that are built over time.

Throughout the year we hold gatherings that are exciting and fun! Our camps and clinics offer specialty training packages in fitness and sport, teamwork development, food, and a plain ‘ole good time. Camps and clinics allow a large number of participants to experience a healthy environment of structure, engagement with peers, and awareness of future possibilities.

Sports and fitness is an open door to reach the heart of a child. Game days will cease, but life continues. Our workshops are aimed at helping the youth understand the greater meaning of life and how to apply simple and newly acquired skills in school, with their family, and towards life in general. Some teaching points will include character building, anti-bullying, leadership skills, serving others, and self-respect.
