Our Mission

Fatherless Sons exists to reignite a community with purpose, vision, and self-worth.

Our team mission is to give back to our local community in ways that produce a measurable difference. The negative affects of growing up without a father are real and prevalent in our society. Statistics show that father absenteeism has the potential to adversely impact a child’s emotions and behaviors - depression, aggression, higher incarceration rates, socioeconomic disadvantages, substance abuse - and the list goes on.

Is there hope? Is there a way out? YES! We believe that by offering an environment enriched with structure and security; backed by men and women who care; with programs designed to instill and enhance life skills, teamwork, confidence, and love; that we can reach the hearts of these children before they become a statistic.

Sports and fitness is now a commonplace amongst the youth. Our goal is to use this environment as an opportunity to instill positivity and allow for creativity in a safe space.

Life Lessons that Count.

Nurture.

Step One - Produce an Environment

Sports and fitness is a valuable tool that can be used to gather youth who have the same interest at heart. Sadly, many businesses who offer youth-centered activities are focused on financial gain instead of impact. We understand environments are breeding grounds for where beliefs and habits are established, therefore, our goal is to nurture and produce an environment where every participant is viewed as valuable, where life lessons are taught, and where safety is offered.

Develop.

Step Two - Paint a Vision

We believe every human being was created with a special gifting and purpose. But why do so many people live their entire life with their purpose bottled up inside? Our hope is to help develop BELIEF. Our children need to know they have great worth and capability. Secondly, we help them develop a PLAN. A plan of action offers direction and helps negate aimless wondering, which can lead to paths of destruction. We believe the development of vision begins at a young age!

Deploy.

Step Three - Mentorship and Support

There comes a time when the watered begin to water others. Our mentorship and support allows our members to have a place to call home, a place to return to get watered, so they can continue to water others. Deploying our gifts to the world opens the door for true change. Our youth can begin to tap into deployment by choosing to act on their gifting now. Some may share words of affirmation. Some may perform acts of kindness to their peers. Some may create a new idea or even launch a business. Some may begin to lead and make better social decisions, et cetera.

The goal is to grow young boys and girls into confident, purpose-driven men and women who are grounded in strong family values and who give back to society.

Breaking the Cycle.

Statistics exist based on information and current analysis. But statistics change, and we can promote a positive change in statistics at a more rapid pace when we are diligent with our resources - time, talents, and finances.

We must be intentional about “Breaking the Cycle.” Think about how you can use the resources you have to better serve your community by supporting businesses and non-profits such as Fatherless Sons. We cannot Break the Cycle alone. We need the support of our community!

Greatness Through Service

Brothers in arms are not just comrades, but family, united by a common cause and unwavering loyalty.

The transition out of the military isn’t always easy. Many veterans go from a life of structure, purpose, and brotherhood into isolation, uncertainty, and a loss of identity. On top of that, many carry the weight of what they’ve experienced—physically and mentally. These are often the invisible battles that don’t go away when the uniform comes off.

The same is true for our first responders. Every day, they step into situations most people will never face—carrying the stress, trauma, and responsibility of protecting others while often putting their own well-being second. We believe no one who serves should have to navigate that alone. Through training, wellness, and community, we provide a place to reconnect, stay sharp, and build strength—physically, mentally, and alongside others who understand.

Reconnect.

Step One - Join a Community

Fitness and community are powerful tools for the human spirit.
For many, the hardest part isn’t starting—it’s finding a place where you feel understood again. We create an environment where veterans and first responders can reconnect with themselves and with others who get it. A place where movement, structure, and shared experience begin to restore clarity, purpose, and a sense of belonging.

Rebuild.

Step Two - Reestablish Vision

This is where the work happens. Through consistent training, structure, and accountability, strength is rebuilt—physically and mentally. Discipline is reestablished. Confidence starts to return. Day by day, rep by rep, habits are formed and momentum builds. This phase is about showing up, staying committed, and putting in the work that most people avoid—but that ultimately changes everything.

Reengage.

Step Three - Own Your Purpose

With strength regained and clarity restored, individuals step back into life with purpose. They reengage with their families, their communities, and their calling—more present, more capable, and more grounded. What started as training becomes something deeper: a renewed sense of direction, resilience, and the ability to move forward with confidence and impact.
